iYield is building a new marketplace to make it easier to buy, sell or release value from property. It will feature free online valuations for all residential properties in the UK, and integrated finance and transacting services. A beta version of the new site will launch in early 2021.
Our marketplace will offer a new range of finance and liquidity products enabling anyone to become a property owner with just a small down payment, or release capital online from or rapidly sell a property they already own. We will be trialling our new products on our new liquid marketplace in 2021.
We've created a new digital currency to transform how real estate is developed, owned and sold. Our prototype token, YieldCoin, will be replaced by a new token that will be available for public sale in 2021.
